• Main Application
The aluminum fuel tank trailer is to transport the fuel, oil,
lubricates, palm oil, edible oil etc. They are widely used for
transporter, logistic company, oil field. Even though the price of
aluminum fuel tank trailer is much higher than the carbon steel
tank trailer, it is still widely accepted by the customer because
of their lower operation cost. It is much more economic than the
carbon steel tank in fuel consumption, and it could load more fuel
because of the lower tare weight.
• Bottom Loading
There are 2 types of fuel loading method, one is from the manhole
cover, oil factory or station could load the fuel directly though
the manhole cover. Though the manhole loading, people have to climb
up to the trailer and then operate. The other way is the bottom
loading method. People could easily connect the trailer and the oil
factory oil station and load the fuel.
The bottom loading system mainly includes the bottom loading
valve/discharge valve, vapor recovery system, optical sensor, and
emergency cut bottom.
