• Broad Application

The chemical tank trailer can transport bulk liquid dangerous goods and non-chemical hazardous goods, e.g.: food and drug (wine, ethanol, hydrogen peroxide), daily chemicals (perfume, disinfector), LNG. Based on the specific application of the trailer, various chemical pumps can be installed, like corrosion resistant pump, electrical pump, and pneumatic pump. Those pumps have large flow rate and fast suction.

• Stable Tank

The monoblock tank has a larger capacity and a low center of mass. Because longitudinal curvature of the elliptical part is smooth and continuous, the stress distribution in the cap is relatively even.

• Carbon Steel Tank

The smelting technology of carbon steel is easy and heat treatment can be used to consolidate the carbon steel. Carbon steel also has the good performance in pressure and machining processing. Its distinctive features cover seamless welding, impact-resistant, aging-resistant, non-leakage, corrosion-proof etc. More importantly, carbon steel is cheaper than stainless steel.

• Non-Leakage Tank

The thirty thousand volts spark breakdown test is performed to check whether there is tiny hole destroying the completeness of the inner plastic.
