• Main Application

The chemical transport truck can transport a great many of liquid chemical materials, e.g.: hydrofluoric acid, formic acid, acetic acid etc. The tank material depends on the characteristic of the chemical product.

• Wide Working Temperature

The working temperature of this carbon steel tank floats around －20℃～60℃. Concentrated sulfuric acid (concentration > 97%) can be loaded by 6-8mm carbon steel tank.

• Tank Technology

The modified polyethylene particle is put into the tank and processed with the hot rolling technology. The formed tank is high-impact, non-leakage, and corrosion preventive.

The initial crack detection shall be conducted for the tank in progress and then other components can be installed.

The steel wire mesh is spot-welded on the front and rear cap. After curing, the spark test machine and x-ray detector are used for the test.

• Ductile Material

The tank material shall be non-corrosive and has good mechanical property. Basic standards for production, examination and security can be met. Carbon steel is ductile and shall follow the standard GB/T 8163. The yield strength at normal temperature is lower than 460MPa and the upper limit of tensile strength is no greater than 725MPa. The ratio of yield strength and lower limit of tensile strength is less than 0.85.
