New Design Vehicle Transport Trailer Highly Reliable 2 Axles With Cummins Engine​

Descriptions:

This car carrier is double layer structure. The upper layer could load the cars with lifting system. The second floor could be up and downs by the lifting system. The frame of the second floor is divided into two or three sections. The height is adjusted by hand chain hoist and hydraulic cylinder. The cooling system is installed to cool the braking system.

There are different types of lifting system upon customer’s choice, like the hydraulic lifting system, the chain block lifting, the steel rope with pulley lifting. The car carrier is mainly responsible for transshipping saloon cars and minicars from the motor factory to port/railway station, or from port/railway station to warehouse/sales network.

There are several pairs of ladders for easy loading: the hydraulic type or mechanical type rear ladder; the manual ladder on the connection part of the goose neck and the drop deck; the telescopic ladder on the rear parts of second floor.

Advantages:

1. New design car carrier with hydraulic type rear ladder for easy loading;
2. Central axle car carrier for proper weight distribution;
3. Caging devices are installed on the loaded car carrier to fix and block cars. Then, the movement of cars can be avoided during transportation. Upon full load, the safe bolt on each braced column is manually inserted to prevent the upper loading platform from suddenly falling owing to the fault of hydraulic or other structure.
