Descriptions:

The car hauler is a highly customized product and it could be made according to different no. of cars, different length, and different structures. The bottom frame is I beam structure. The whole vehicle adopts the sub-merge automatic welding and the CO₂ protection welding. After the welding completion, we will do the sand blasting on the whole trailer to remove the stress, and the rust. We make every step carefully and to keep good quality and beautiful out appearance.

The second floor is normally made by 2 or 3 section. We use the hydraulic cylinder or the chain block to adjust the height of 2^nd floor.

The car hauler also equipped with tool box, spare tire carrier.

The car carrier is fixed with ABS to improve the safety standard.

3. Large loading space: The rear axle is the double-axle structure. Two tyres are equipped with each axle. Hence, there are four tyres in all. Due to the small ground clearance, the car hauler with the concave beam has a large loading space.
4. Professional equipments: Hand chain hoist is used to lift the top frame. The standard configuration is two hand chain hoists with 1 ton, excluding cooling system for wheel hubs. The all-hydraulic vehicle doesn't install hand chain hoist. The bracket assembly-spare wheel is designed with the portal frame and fixed by two bolts.
