• High Flexibility
LPG tank semi-trailer is a kind of pressure vessel to load the
liquid petroline gas. The tank is made by Q235R. The thickness
8mm~14mm can suit different pressure.
• Standardized Production
Our various types of liquefied petroleum gas tankers are
manufactured through stress analysis and design research, with
obvious advantages of large capacity, light weight, and high
efficiency.
• Quality Assurance
We strictly inspect the quality of our products to ensure that
Class A and Class B welds pass the secondary ray inspection, and
Class C and Class D welds pass the primary ray inspection. Stress
analysis is performed to reduce the weight of the tanker to improve
the payload. The combination of the spherical head and the
elliptical head increases the capacity and maintains the weight of
the tank.
• Safety and Reliability
We use built-in safety valves to improve safety performance. In
addition, new materials are used as plastic fenders. Lightweight
wheels reduce the weight of the semi-trailer. The use of special
high-quality steel reduces the thickness and weight of the tank and
increases the carrying capacity of the tank greatly. Liquefied
petroleum gas tanker anti-corrosion coatings use the following
processes (sandblasting, painting, cleaning, etc.) to ensure the
safety and durability of gas tanks.
